Founded by Australian healthcare professionals, CODE.BLAK™ was created to change the standard. Co-founder Katherine worked on the floor as a nurse, while Luke brings years of experience in manufacturing and construction, the details, the construction, the craft. Together, they set out to redefine what medical uniforms should be.

CODE.BLAK™ wasn’t created to copy what already existed. It was built in response to an industry full of boxy, uninspired scrubs that didn’t move, fit, or feel right. The goal was simple: create elevated medical wear that supports real shift-life while reflecting the person wearing it.
